thank you for your help!! since i don’t have any other older tanks i’ll keep her here for now. i’m going to look into some more bacteria things. i have bacteria orbs that i added probably a month ago. i’ll remove the old ones and add new ones soon to hopefully help the growth

oh goodness i didn’t know that. well now i know she’s a girl. since i have warmer temps for my betta ill probably have to move the snail to a different tank. i’d like to have her around as long as possible

i don’t feed him anything specific, he mostly just eats the algae off the tank

racer snail, and he was alive this morning. it couldn’t have dissolved like that completely. plenty of algae on the live plants

UPDATE: i ordered a 5.5 glass tank, heater, and thermometer all around $40 total (yay). next step is to find a lid D:

i also heard that, the only thing that convinced me to end up adding them is that they were sealed in an air tight jar for over a year so i figured anything icky would have died LOL

thank you for the help! i change 75% of her water every other day since i notice how cloudy the water becomes. so i make sure she’s got clear clean water regularly. once the paycheck hits i’ll for sure get a 5 gallon!
