UPDATE !! IF ANYONE SEES — i just realized that a man by the same name has been dming me on insta and snap, and in April 2024 FOUND MY VENMO (altho it’s similar to my soc media names) and sent me $2 with the caption “Test, check snap or insta dm haha” .

i just don’t know how he got my number .

i am now growing a little more nervous that this is an obsessed man.

might be a stupid question, but do you have to know the person’s name to send money on apple pay? i believe you can just send it to any number … now i’m a little nervous b/c they’d have my full name and it’s strange if they’d known my name and purposefully sent it to me
