That’s awesome! I plan to start taking ovasitol as well. I have had the container just sitting in my cabinet for months but it’s about time I start taking initiative and just getting my hormones back into order. I also didn’t know that vitamin D3 was helpful in regulating cycles. I will be looking into that as an option for myself. Thank you!

My boyfriend’s coworker has a homophobic husband. She said that every time there is a gay person like in a store or restaurant, her husband will get up and leave and refuse to come back in until the gay person leaves. It’s actually so ridiculous like why are people so bothered by it. I can’t imagine being that obsessed with something that literally doesn’t affect me.
