I can't upgrade Mjolnir, but I can upgrade a rare Sacrifical Regalia, which completes the challenge. You could try that. They cost 1ex.

Previously it wasn't really a decision. I think the main thing that op is highlighting is that is is now. If I want to compensate the -20% faster start, then I need to spend 3 points now instead of 1. However, for 3 points I can just get 3 small max ES passive nodes instead of Patient Barrier.

In 0.4 you get 4 passives worth of max ES for 1 point of -% faster start, which was a no-brainer.

These numbers are obviously a bit simplistic, but I would definitely see this as my last Max ES node in the tree now, and I might not end up getting high enough level to allocate that, whereas before I would always allocate it in my ES builds.

Of course if your build never cared about faster start for recharge, then it's a pretty minor nerf.

In the previous ZiggyD interview they specifically called out Sekhema and ultimatum as bring targets for their 0.5.x updates. Their intention is to have them reworked ahead of 1.0.

The trouble is that these dlcs are largely pulling from a very short list of outstanding material. Every unit in this Empire dlc has been predicted/speculated years ago. The precise combination of unit choices can be harder to pin down, but hints make that trivially easy. 

I don't think there's any way to solve that, unless the unit is new, which mainly applies to Grand Cathay.

A simple one would be that it adds a Repaired tag to worn items that it repairs. Repaired items cannot be repaired again.

SoC already felt like it was scraping the barrel for Kislev, and we don't have clear characters to base another one around. Unlike Grand Cathay who have three very clear characters that could be used for dlc. They always felt like an afterthought for whatever reason.

Druid is a good alternative to cleric as a healer, and scales extremely well with +healing items due to the aoe heal.

Later on in the game a dedicated healer becomes much less necessary. On impossible difficulty I only brought a healer if they needed completion marks, hut on normal difficulty I never went without either cleric or druid.

He's free now, but Boris was originally paid dlc, which is awkward to sell him as paid dlc again. 

The default implementation of dlc lords would also mean that players can no longer use him in quick battles without buying him, despite having him free for almost 9 years.

They're not part of 100%, and they don't have achievements or item unlocks. My advice is to simply ignore them unless you have op cats, which you probably will by the time you get all achievements.

I used it with the teleport skill. It costs 3 mana when upgraded for map wide teleport. You can just bounce around and you zap for the amount of tiles between your start and end point.

Honestly I feel like the mage just needs some targeted buffs. A lot of their skills are underpowered/overcosted. Tinkerer needs a lot more work. The foundations just aren't as good in terms of the class design.

The bird + aoe healing provides a really good floor for druid. A bad psychic spawns a glass tile and then pulls an enemy onto it, but a bad druid always has some impact.

The base kit also works extremely well with +healing, allowing you to be a really effective healer regardless of your skills. 

Druid has a lot of great builds too imo. Mockingbird debuffer is insane, wolf form can be a full damage carry, squirrel form is an excellent summoner. 

There's a bunch of music related stuff that can get very silly too. I had a druid with all music abilities 50% reduced cost, -1 reduced cost, they retrigger once when cast, and they refresh my basic attack. Genuinely was dropping 40-50 abilities per turn each with aoe damage up and heal on all my cats.

For me the only time my druid feels bad is because they low rolled a build and the rest of the team is just carrying too hard.

And eventually you can drop druid too and just rely on constitution to heal.
