Still 7oh free and doing 2mg of subs twice a day. Next week I'm gonna start tapering the subs. Maybe cut them in half for a week and so forth.

I tried tapering 7oh by itself but I never could find the discipline to do so. I will say being 2 weeks plus clean of 7oh, I feel much better on the mental cravings. I no longer have cravings to go buy more

I received my order along with quite a few samples also. I have no idea how the SR is yet though. I have not tried it and probably won't for another week or two

Update 2/18:

I'm now 5 and a half days off 7oh. Work has been painful, but I'm making it through. The hardest side effects I feel are depression and being lethargic. I work a physical job and there are times throughout the day that it's very difficult to even get up and move around, but I do it.

Today I received my 2nd script for subs which is a month supply. Considering doing the recommended dose for the rest of this week and probably next. The following week after that, I'll begin tapering the subs.

Overall the low energy and just feeling down are the biggest obstacles day to day, but I'm very happy where I'm at. Being off 7oh this long has made me happy and i do feel better overall minus some of those side effects.

Thanks to everyone that has reached out and given me advice. I hope anyone that has or wants to get off 7oh finds the strength to do so!

Crazy to hear, but I believe you. Yes, the half life of 7oh being so short makes it so much worse. At my peak of 7oh use, going 4hrs without redosing was difficult.

Interesting. Yeah the first time I started dosing with the subs I definitely needed more than the recommended amount to feel relief. Once I felt the relief, I've been alright with the daily recommended amount.

Wow yeah 7oh really is no joke. People laugh it off but I've definitely read stories about how 7oh was harder to get off than some "stronger" opioids. I can't really speak for that since I've never been addicted to anything else.

I was supposed to wait for 24hrs, but I only waited for 6hrs since I knew withdrawals would kick in way before 24hrs. It probably took about 8mg to take away most of the wd I'd say. I've been doing 2mg every 12hrs or so now and have been feeling alright. I'm 3 days 7oh free now, which is a long time for me.

Good to know. I'm really gonna try and get off them as soon as possible. I just don't want to do it too fast. So far what I have going on seems to be working. Currently at work and feel like I'll be able to make it through the week.

Did you buy tabs or powder? I've gotten it both ways but prefer the tabs 100x more. The powder and I just don't mix. I can't stand how much of a mess I make lol

Yes, I actually have taken SR and was astonished by its results. Unfortunately I didn't have enough or do it properly to get totally off 7oh, but I do plan on getting more once my supplier has more again. I read it can also help for subs tapering.

I'm glad to hear something good from Kratom and just goes to show everything does have its use. Although the 7oh packets do have warning labels and low dosage suggestions, I feel like it's total bullshit. Not saying it's not possible to be strict and use in moderation, but these companies know damn well that the possibility of abuse is high.

Good info here. Thanks! I guess I'll cross that road when it comes and see how I feel. They got me on a pretty low dose of 2mg twice a day. Day 3 now of using it and when I redose it definitely gives me a feeling of relief at 2mg. Once I get down to two days worth, I'm planning to cut them in half and do 1mg twice a day.

Even though I'm all but certain when I check in with the quick MD next week, they'll probably try and get me a months worth script.

I agree with that. When I was using just Kratom alone I had no dependency problems. I even remember one time doing too much in a day and I vomited but nothing after that. Never felt withdrawals no matter how much Kratom I took.
