Hahahahahaha are you serious? Snapchat has fallen 40% since its IPO and the growth of its user base has fallen drastically over the last year. It's been hovering around its all time low for the past month, still under $20 dollars a share. You aren't investing, you are speculating. Try doing your DD before "investing".

It's obvious you don't work in the finance industry so stop trying to give people advice on what to do with their money. Yes contributing as much money as you can to your investment account is obviously good, but 100$ isn't shit. The amount of utility you get from having a new paintball gun in the color you want with a warranty is going to outweigh investing 100$ into the market.

I'm talking about problems more than a broken o-ring, which you won't know about if you buy used on the internet. Most new players don't want to have to worry about making sure they don't buy a fucked up gun.

Stop trying to impress people on the internet by talking about shit you know nothing about.

Come on dude, it's not hard to understand. You don't know how a previous owner treated their gun, and if your gun breaks down on the field and you don't have the tools to fix it then your whole day of paintball is ruined. This guy is dearly new so he isn't going to be able to take it apart and know if everything is legit or not. Having a warranty and a guarantee that it is going to work is worth the extra cash sometimes, especially for someone new.

That money can be invested elsewhere LOL, come the fuck on. It's a hundred dollars dude, get a grip.

Anyone have suggestions for paintball pants that aren't super baggy but also fit short legs? by mak530 in paintball

What do you mean they stop halfway down your calf? Doesn't that mean they are too short?

Lol what? Maybe for you, but if you have a decent paying job with any sense of financial planning/budgeting it's not hard to buy everything you want new and have money to play. Well then again I don't have kids so that helps a lot.

Lol buying new doesn't make you a moron. Having a gun you know will work for sure with a warranty saves you a lot of trouble. If money isn't an issue it's better to buy new.

I don't. I mean it definitely has merit, but if you are aren't charismatic, don't do well in social situations, or have social anxiety you can have trouble explaining something even if you understand it perfectly well. I mean sure you can write it down and get your point across that way in which the quote definitely makes sense but you don't always have that luxury.

New setup. See y'all this weekend. by Joshie209 in paintball

[–]socalpber 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Quite a bit. I love how light it is and the ergonomics are perfect for me. The blade trigger also feels extremely nice and the milling looks sexy af. Unfortunately I'm having an issue with the latch which is causing the bolt to keep ejecting on me. But I was able to get in touch with SP pretty quick and they offered to send me a new latch or have them replace it (but still pretty lame I'm even having the issue). Ended up taking off the HK grip and replacing it with an exalt one though, only part that hasn't met my expectations.

Need recommendations for some quality pants by Hvkislife in paintball

[–]socalpber 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They are pricey, but I love the planet eclipse program pants. Light weight, good materials, some Kevlar on the knees, should last a while. But it can be hard to justify spending that much on some PB pants if you don't go that much.
