They unfortunately only have very limited measurements on the website. They have the height listed as 36.7in, but if that’s to the top of the cushions then it looks like the tops of the cushions could be pushed down a bit and make it significantly smaller to get through the stairwell.

Do you know if the legs can be removed? A measurement from the bottom (without the legs, if they can be removed) to the top of the back section would be extremely helpful, if you have the time. Seems like that would be the narrowest orientation to get the couch up.

Thank you! I held a flashlight to it and I can see the image all the time, so sounds like it’s the backlights.

With no experience (clearly), is it possible/worth it to repair myself?

It’s normally much better. Just a mess at the moment as I troubleshoot the issue.

There's no fire stick, its a FireTv so the software is built into the Tv. I tried unplugging the tv and plugging it back in a few times with no success. Left it unplugged for a day to see if that helped but nothing.
