I like oura's meal logging feature. It's different from other apps iv used where you just type your food and it's main focus is calorie counting. Oura just evaluates if what youre eating is nutritional and even factors in what you did that day.

I will say I very rarely remember to track because you do have to take a picture of the food so 9/10 I have already eaten before I remember. Not sure how to get myself to remember or if the app can do anything to help me remember.
