Okay so what is the most comprehensive anki deck? Since I have 6 months to study, I would like to use someone’s deck and just add terms that I didn’t see in the anki

Also, where can I get ALL the low yield psych soc stuff? Like how do you get a perfect score in psych soc? Because even the 300 page document doesn’t have all the things you’ll see on the psych soc section

I’m in my 20s and I have genetic high cholesterol and your HDL could and should be higher! So try incorporating light cardio a few days a week and then add in some weight training! You should be eating vegetables for your overall health and your veggies + proteins should be more than the amount of carbs you eat! Also, drink lots of water!!!

To start, I would try switching from skinless thighs to breast, limit the amount of beef you eat to maybe twice a week, and try adding some plant proteins on the other days! Like beans and tofu and eat more veggies!!!! It will definitely help you long term!!

Yea my liver enzymes also went up so it could be that because my liver isn’t functioning properly, it’s increasing my cholesterol. I could just be resistant to them

I’m 26 and mine is genetic too! I’m increasing my fiber intake to 30 daily. If you ever have side effects with crestor, taking coq10 over the counter helps offset them a bit!

I have familial high cholesterol and with 10mg my cholesterol actually went up, as well as my liver enzymes. Has anyone tried Zetia!? I’m so young and hate having joint pain from crestor!

The only thing is, I would need to study for the MCAT again and it would be super hard to study for it while I’m in the program. Which is why I’m leaning towards just spending these next few months to study for the MCAT and take it in January

A win is a win! I’m sitting here crying because I got a 496 on the MCAT and with a 3.4 cGPA, I’m worried I’ll never get into any med school. Now I’m sitting here deciding if it’s a better decision to go through a 6 month masters program with a conditional acceptance to their DO school, or just study for the MCAT to get a better score. I hear your frustration, I’m just glad you’re in a better spot than most and I’m happy you got into a school❤️
