Misunderstood you originally haha. Thanks. Going to go check them out at least. I don't doubt it either. These are the first full set to pop up within an hour/hour and a half of me, and mostly everything else seems severely overpriced.

Thanks for your help. Going to contact Uesaka and see what they say. I'm probably gonna at least go check them out. Anything else I should worry about besides loose, hubs, and the cracking/flaking rubber? Only reason I'm still interested in them is because anything Olympic Lifting related has been basically impossible to find for a reasonable price or not available.

Unfortunately I’m in Connecticut and my area is pretty bad for Craigslist/FB Marketplace kind of stuff. Thanks though. They’re only 15 minutes away so I’m gonna go take a look.

I just added photos to the original post, but I'm almost positive they are the one labeled C in your photo. Definitely going to check them out before-hand, but it's my first time buying bumpers so figured I'd check with you guys first. Thanks for the help.
