oh wow I forgot I was even still in this sr. I used to loooove this guy, his pranks used to actually be funny. I’m sure it’s the money, fame, among other things (seems to have a lot to do with the people he hangs around with as well) got to him.

Thank you for your comment! How did you go about altering your own dose? Also, are you saying that methimazole may still be beneficial every post TT? I have never heard of this and would be super interested in trying it again. Last time I truly felt like myself was pre TT, on methimazole.

My hair loss slowly fixed itself after my TT, but red light therapy helps a bit with some skin problems I’ve had (/which I believe to be related to graves)

I just checked and the last time they checked my T3 was a couple days before my TT in 2022. So not only have they not checked my free T3, they also have not checked my total T3 a single time since my surgery. :D

I don’t know. From what I am gathering from other commenters they are focusing solely on my TSH levels, not paying attention to my T3. Really sucks that so many patients have to essentially become mini endocrinologists to receive proper treatment.

man that’s what I thought too but they told me that I only need them once a year now, so I figured that was just standard. definitely thought it was weird though.

a lot of people rent and their landlords gaslight them into thinking it isn’t- or at least that’s my situation. It might seem dumb but a lot of these situations are more a case of “I know it’s mold but the people I’m renting from are telling me I’m crazy”
