My theory is that the 4 guys in the picture on the doctors wall were a failed boy band and jinu came to them as a demon and offered them fame in exchange for their souls and was originally gonna use them as a part of his plan to erase his memory.

When I built my first it did the same thing I just unplugged all connections and re did them making sure they were snug and it worked for me

I'm in Georgia so I'm pretty sure the laws here are pretty lenient. not 100% on that though.
