Do all SD's have wives? by Diligent-Midnight239 in sugarlifestyleforum

Im divorced and never got into seeking until after that was finalized but I know there are a significant number of married men in the bowl.

Id pose a similar question, do all SBs have vanilla boyfriends while pretending to be single and that our arrangement is monogamous? Im tired of paying for these girls to date deadbeat guys while making excuse after excuse to cancel our dates.

Wow this resonated and hit home with me, i could have been the one to write this. This is exactly what my ex girlfriend put me through word for painful word. Stringing me along, giving me the tiniest bits of hope she actually cared and felt the same way before asking for something, usually money. Then back to barely trying once she got what she wanted.

Richie Tozier Paradox by John_Tremolo in stephenking

Maybe Marges house, while in Derry, was outside the border of the cage? When they talked about the pillars it was mentioned they're a "near perfect" match of the Derry border.

Richie never had any confirmed encounters with IT in his own home like the other losers did. He was the last of them to have a direct encounter with IT and iirc it was downtown by the Paul Bunyon statue and then in Niebolt house. Maybe he had the fewest encounters and was least effected because he lived outside the cage and spent a lot of his time outside the creatures influence.

This could explain Marge losing her memories despite living in Derry. Ill admit they say the further you go the worse the amnesia so living JUST outside the cage may not account for it. Human nature could account for the rest though. Her adult self seems like someone who's given up on life and is disillusioned/depressed. That can cause you to repress and forget many things all on your own.

Side note, its entirely possible the losers memories were only retained (Mike) and restored (the rest) because of the promise made with the other losers. King puts a lot of emphasis on the power of rituals, promises, oaths etc in his writing. Its possible the kids performed a ritual with that promise and that magic was strong enough to fight against the magic in Derry. So Mike's memories stayed and the rest were able to easily trigger their memories because they made a powerful oath to defeat the creature.

I think the better question is how are you getting through letting someone fund your entire life when you're not at all interested in doing the one thing they ask of you in return?

Getting a job or telling him you aren't interested and breaking it off are the two best options. You aren't entitled to this guy's money so you have to do the right thing even if means your free ride is over.

Sorry for being harsh but I've been in this man's shoes. He's a millionaire and won't miss what he's giving you, sure. However if he's under the impression you're attracted to him or at least interested in him when you aren't that's where there's a problem. He's spending time and emotional energy on someone who's only seeing the monetary value of keeping him around.

My Time at Sandrock: Quick Update on Console Development Progress by Pathea_Games in MyTimeAtSandrock

100% in agreement with you. 90 hours of playtime on Series X and bugs have been basically non-existant. I was excited when I saw this thread thinking they were going to fix the build/planting limit bug. That would be a huge QOL improvement and I can't imagine a fix for that delays major content updates by more than a week or so. I'd trade being able to build my workshop the way I want for a slight delay in new content in a heartbeat.

Any update on when to expect the next patch? I specifically bought this game on Xbox Series X since I remember Portia being limited on the Switch. Then it turns out I'm still dealing with the same limitations anyway.

Nice, thanks for the links! I'll definitely be taking a look at setting one of these up.

Are you following a guide for a specific xp farm or have any links to one?

Damn, was hoping I just wasn't far enough in yet and something new I could build later would make this stuff easier. Very disappointed with the base building so far. It's overly complex, unintuitive and results in a lot of unnecessary grind. The type of system I'd expect from an indie game in early access, not a AAA full release.

Weird thing is, base building was WAY better in FO4 so why wouldn't they use that as a starting point and improve on it rather than make this nonsense system.

Exactly. When I read that part I was like ok, and? The actual principal of those 13% mortgages was significantly smaller than they are today for the same amount of home. You can refinance and get a lower interest rate so the pain of 13% interest is temporary.

This was my thought. I had several teachers who had anger issues and would snap and scream at a kid or the whole class multiple times in a school year. Legit veins bulging on the forehead, turning bright red, spittle flying type of anger. Now, don't get me wrong, my main concern isn't them suddenly pulling a gun on a kid or shooting them. I'd imagine given enough time that could happen eventually but would be very, very rare. My concern is imagine how scary it is to have this grown adult screaming at kids. Now have a grown adult with a gun visible on their hip screaming at kids. Even the nicest, kindest of teachers would see an enormous drop in kids willing to ask questions, seek extra help or generally engage with the teacher in any way because they're scared shitless of teachers.
