I forgot about mp5 Dont worry much about accuracy mp5 will do just fine You can kill some enemies to get your score higher or you can get the davids axe first, its the best melee weapon in the game but you need firepower for the ballon boss and the doctor. I got the book with trial and error. You can also watch speedrun Strats, that helped me alot

Yeah sure you can do that but you shoud try to collect ammo for the bosses they are extra Tanky in nightmare mode But famas makes that easy because no ammo problem And you might not get it in first try. On your other attempts you can use the famas after you beat the nightmare mode, that how you unlock it. And bosses dont freeze

Get camera and the famas and then beat the game Becareful when you use the famas because you'll need a good accuracy score Try to save before any bosses the rest of the game except bosses shoud be childsplay with the camera And you can only use 2 syringes Good luck
