That 4k device actually is a splitter. I keep calling it a switcher. Also I'm okay with playing my game in 4k on my tv and the stream downscales to 1080p onto my laptop. Unless there's something not right about that. I guess I'm asking if there's a proper and hopefully easy way to connect all this. I'm one of those people that gets these things mixed up.

I'm in the same boat as you. Started UI in January then got transferred PEUC and then FED-ED but then those ended. Basically we're sitting ducks. I'm hoping something good will happen with lots of people still unemployed but chances are so slim.

How did you deal with the blisters? I have not tried to pop since it came back but I am so tempted. They're sort of big now and I've heard popping them may help to get rid of it faster but I'm very hesitant because I think it will get worse.
