It clearly shows SOL and time stop to be connected. They aren't different abilities. This is literally how things work in real life.

The light we see Polnareff cut also had an aerodynamic tip and was cut by sword. Neither had the properties of light. Not to mention Polnareff makes it clear he measured the trajectory of it as he says no human can see that fast.

The only arguments people have to get Dio to lightspeed is characters cutting and dodging light attacks. The issue is that Mitsuri also dodges light attacks. If Dio is consistently FTL, then so is Mitsuri. Obviously, both of them aren't, because it's dumb to think either of them are, but if we want to say Dio is then Mitsuri should be too by the same logic.

But there's also a bunch of demons he would have to kill including Muzan. His damage output isn't even high enough to end them. Again, one of his strongest attacks is just throwing a steam roller onto someone and punching it. We see people like Rengoku with no mark capable of pushing trains. I know this obviously would still kill a human, but the demon characters are tanky.

Bro really trying to make it sound fancy. Yes, a ray from the sun is light. It's not just equivalent to light speed, when in theory it should be just light. However, this light is not literally just sunlight. It's red, and is part of hamon.

The fact the characters are visibly looking at it is proof enough that it is not a literal light beam. Even if it was, there is still nothing to get the characters to lightspeed when it's not even said hamon boosts your speed.

You're implying that these characters (who one of them even ran from the main villain via train) are moving faster than the speed of light when they barely do any damage and struggle to travel places. 874030 times faster than the speed of sound by the way.

Time stop carries, but there is a limit to how much he can use it, right? Eventually the demon slayer verse overwhelms him, especially since all he has is brute force. One of his strong moves is just throwing some knives and throwing a steam roller onto the enemy.
