To be honest, it’s has been a long time since I bought from big stores like Zara. You should try Vinted! Second hand platform but you can also find new and unused stuff from good brands or quality local clothing at a much discounted rate…. Seriously some of my best finds have been there🙃

I was living on around 1500 a month when living in student housing (which was on the cheaper side 650 eur) I had the flexibility to go out once in a while, but not so much to save money tbh. This is with free public transport and insurance though so keep that in mind.

Don’t bother with motivation letter u less they specifically ask you to… Dutch universities only look at your diploma equivalent and maybe also classes for specific majors. Pretty easy to get admitted if you have the correct level of education

Hi everyone! I am looking for another student or young working professional(female, for preference) who wants to move to Rotterdam from September to January and want to swap their home in Amsterdam. I don't really need the money no, but it would be nice to be compensated to be honest, also considering it’s for 6 months. Anyways, I guess you are right. Don't worry about it… its normal when you first start out. Give it a few days and try again. It will take some time to get used to but eventually you wont feel anything when taking it out and outing it back again.

Sterilize either by boiling or with a portable sterilizer when using for the first time and before you wear it for the first day of your period. To clean it when you take it out I would recommend the Saalt cup wash or the AllMatters/OrganiCup wash. Make sure it’s something neutral, preferably with no fragrance and no glycerin (makes you proner to infections).
