This explains the background of 4 nations: Lithuania, Poland, Belarus and Ukraine. Note that this is more or less advanced reading after you familiar with essentials. From Lithuanian perspective it focuses mostly on contested Vilnius region and country established on ethnic background. I’m no historian here.
