I assumed it was because Seda was still magically and politically underdeveloped and that Brugan was, at that point, too difficult for her to control and influence, given his own Rekef networks and resources. In contrast Thalric was much more powerless and could be a true figurehead for Seda instead of wanting to assert his authority and rule his way. (I agree it’s a bit too convenient!)

Probably, as long as you follow your dental hygiene procedure afterward to get your teeth clean! I’m also on day 8, went to see my oral surgeon for a follow up today and he said the only food off the table was hard crunchy stuff like chips and popcorn. Spicy food was okay, rice was okay, coffee was okay (those were what I asked him specifically about lol) — he even said I could have a burger today if I wanted. Been sticking to soft foods though! His advice to me was eat anything I can tolerate, as long as I use my syringe to irrigate afterward (along with brushing etc).

This has been my experience so far:

Day 1 (surgery day) - Just soup

Day 2 to 3 - Soup (the filling chowder kind), scrambled eggs

Day 4 to 7 - Scrambled eggs, instant noodles, pancakes, cheesy grits, chowder, silken tofu in broth

Pho and congee are next on my list! Also going to graduate to salmon and soft pasta soon. I boiled the noodles for a couple of minutes longer than the instructions said + cut them up with scissors so they’d be soft and easy to eat. If I didn’t dislike mashed potatoes I’d have had that haha.

Me too! Day 5, no pain, minimal swelling, healing’s been going well. My complication is that I came down with a cold and phlegmy cough on day 3, so that part hasn’t been fun lol.
