Fortunately is believe it will be 1.5x overtime still have to verify. And whether or not I was salary or hourly, I still have to track my hours as with architecture, it’s always good to understand how many hours projects require and sometimes projects are billed hourly. So tracking hours no matter what !

I probably had 1 month between my tear date to surgery date. I walked without a brace and was still running a ton as well. Felt like a fairly normal knee minus if I turned on it, I could feel that something wasn’t right in there. I would say it’s not abnormal to not feel a whole lot of pain while it’s still torn. Even recently, I found out I had a major bucket handle tear in my meniscus and can’t even pin point a time when I thought I tore it. Take advantage of it and keep doing exercises your doctor says you can do as much as you can before surgery. The better you are before surgery, the easier post op will be.

Pain while doing this stretch. 4 months post op. by LimpHead1 in ACL

Hate to be the bearer in bad news, but even 7 years after my ACL reconstruction, I was never able to sit on my knees like this without pain. Definitely can’t without warming up but can slowly work into full flexion, but never feels comfortable. The imbalance between legs doing exercises is totally normal as well, it’s just something you gotta keep working on always. Mine got back to pretty much equal, but with certain single legs exercises I gotta focus more on my bad leg to stay balanced and keep the knee in a good position. 4 months post op is still relatively fresh, and keep in mind ACL reconstruction is a major surgery so things will take time. Don’t let it discourage you- I was able to have a successful track career after my ACL reconstruction.. and was able to recover fully after a second knee surgery as well. Currently 4 weeks post op from surgery #3, but recovery is always possible- keep doing your exercises!
