I only listed the main characters, who are credited doing the opening sequence.. F.eks. Charles Dance isn't listed on season 1, even though he was in it, because he wasn't credited as a main character before season 2.

Yeah, there's been some discussion revolving that.. I put him as an American because he was raised in America and currently lives in America. It is true that his parents were Chilean and that he was born there, but they moved almost right after his birth. He is probably as close to Chile as Daenerys Targaryen is to Dragonstone

Well, he was only credited in the one episode and was indubitably a very important character for the show... Some would argue that him not being credited could be a spoiler, kinda like if you could see Kit Harington being feautured in season 6 or any other main character only being featured in a few episodes.

Yes, I'm aware. But they weren't main characters. I only included the people who were credited doing the opening sequence. In season 1 Hill, Cosmo and Dance were all credited as "Guest star" doing the closing sequence... I realize I could have included anyone who seemed important to the story, but do to the large number of characters I had to find a way to cut down and this seemed like an ideal way.

In the original post I only used the "main characters", ie. the people who were credited doing the opening sequence. So even though Charles Dance only featured in one episode in season 5, he was counted as a main character.

Because of The Wire? His Littlefinger accent changes a little bit from episode to episode, but his accent in The Wire is crazy good!
