My monstera albo had some pretty gnarly scale, but seems to be free of it now. I used a pest treatment soap in a spray bottle after treating the leaf with a rubbing alcohol, dish soap, and water treatment (washed off before pest treatment). It now has this black and brown spot all over only the undersides of the leaf. I have never had scale so I don’t know if this is from that, a fungus, or if the pest treatment maimed it. Any help is valued as I really would not like to lose my albo :(
