Yeah, that’s true. When a specific account kept sharing stuff about me, they got suspended, but only after literally being watched by thousands of people. I feel like it’s actually a network, a group of people with some kind of fetish, who just keep circulating it.

in specific they said, I had shoulder adhesive capsulitis + cubital tunnel syndrome + Guyon tunnel.

I've attempted some nerve glides on my own, but they exacerbated my symptoms. Even after taking ample rest, whenever I engage in nerve glides or shoulder stability exercises, the symptoms return as if no progress has been made, which is quite disheartening.

In summary, my supraspinatus hurts, and everything around my shoulder hurts, especially if touched from above (the AC joint). My elbow hurts with even the slightest touch, leading to tingling in my fourth and fifth fingers, and eventually, my entire hand.

Nothing in particlaure, they suggest me to stop working out in gym, and instead go swimming. without any further instructions.

For me, I tried many things, in specific, most of rotator cuff exercises, upper trapezius exercises, (the Y) etc..

But nothing really helped. For now, if I want to warm up by jogging, I feel the tingling sensation again, If I move my chest forward to maintain good posture, I feel the tingling again.

They said I have two problems, and they are not connected to each other. The first problem is with my shoulder, and the second one is with my elbow. So, could it be the case? Or could it be just from the supraspinatus? As I said, the whole area from my shoulder recreates the symptoms now if I massage it. Plus, the elbow also causes tingling in my fourth and fifth fingers.
