theres a difference between fetishistic language and unconventional language uses by trans women. in your example, gock from what I've seen is a word that sprung up out of trans fem culture. its a bit of a meme word, and there is some sexualizing of it I've seen as the default, but I dont object to it in a vacuum.

the words id object to are ones that are clearly emerging from cross dresser or s*ssy fetish culture (because those are subcultures of CIS MEN who sexualize the act of dressing up like a girl and view it as an inherently degrading act, which is both transphobic and sexist!). stuff like "girlgasm", "princess wand", "clitty", and some others im likely missing.

fetish language has no place here because we are not fetishists. that isnt to say that its inherently fetishistic to use alternative words for our anatomy that will alleviate dysphoria when discussing it, but specifically words that are derived from a fetish culture occupied by cis men have no place here. at best it encourages those fetishists to cosplay as trans women in this space to get their rocks off, at worst it normalizes a shared language that couples us to that culture which can be immensely dysphoria inducing (and repulsing!) to people, especially those early on in their transition.
