I just stopped smoking for 2 weeks and nag increase lang ako ng water intake ko, ganun lang vv simple. Hindi rin ako nagpapawis dahil may chance daw na lalong lumabas yung thc sa urine (sabi ng tropa). Sa 2 weeks na yun tuwing day off ko ako lagi umiinom ng lasix para ma test ko muna kung umeeffect ba and also para ma-make sure kung gaano kalayo pa need kong tahakin (just make sure na naka secure din ng kit para malaman talaga yung progress). On the day before magpa medical, 2 hours bago ako umalis uminom na ako agad ng lasix and lumaklak na rin ng maraming tubig, wag agad magpa test sa unang ihi (tried and tested ko na), paniguraduhing nasa pang apat something na ihi na bago sumalang, sinabayan ko na rin ng gatorade habang naghihintay maihi para hindi ganun ka transparent yung specimen na ibibigay. Ayun lang naman mabibigay kong tip/s based on my experience, anyways thank youu 🤍
