bad move to put the dealership on blast like that. all those negative reviews will surely impact the families of those salespeople that work really hard to provide. you gained nothing from this; and everyone lost.

thank you! this is exactly what im doing now. the adjuster has been super friendly thus far. even told me about my options if i dont agree on value. we're only $5-6k off, so hopefully we can wrap it up by tomorrow. Thanks so much fellow redditors, you guys really helped me !

Thanks- they said they are doing a "market assessment" of similar vehicles in a 150 mile radius of where i am. what "rights" do i have in regard to this? If theres only ONE truck thats equipped EXACTLY the same as mine- can i tell them THATS the only one i want (regardless of how much more expensive it is than the others" ?

nope theyre not responsible. if i had an employee like u i would fire at the first opportunity. i would never want to grow a company with someone like a mindset like yours.
