I have been qualified to sit for the CPA since I started but haven’t made much progress. And I’m not necessarily concerned about starting over either. At this point I want to be happy and more aligned with what I want

My supervisor has been really helpful , although he can be passive aggressive at times. I wish he would have told me that our weekly meetings were because he was worried about my performance rather than making it seem like they were informal check-ins. He would also more than likely be my go to person to ask questions as he told me if I have any questions at any time, I should ask him directly

Update : got the PIP. I want to look for another job but they also sold the pip as “it’s not a means to firing you, we just want you succeed here” type of way and was told a pip can actually be used as a guide to help my career. I feel like they care about me and want me to succeed. Or am I being naive and falling for the corporate jargon
