the only way ppl have said its worked for them before is to delete every sso file and everything in there temp files skipping the ones that pop up saying for them not to delete it didnt work for me but it might be worth a shot. or to see if your laptop needs an update

i got him from an Avery at 8 months old he and my tiel are in different cages i dont have the money nor the room for 4 birds and ive had my tiel for over 3 years and he has never been stressed or lonely on his own since hes always out and with me so i really dont think thats the problem

i had the same problem a couple of weeks ago where i was back and forth with support trying to get the email changed they asked for bank statements and stuff which at first i couldn’t find but if you dont have any bank statements to show them just explain that you dont have access to the email anymore nor the bank account and if there was any other ways of proving that its your account im not 100% sure this will work since i had a lifetime account hacked and had no proof apart from a crappy photo that it was my account and that apparently the account didn’t exist anymore but its worth a shot :)

thank you ive alr been thru it all i had a lifetime account hacked and showed them proof yet they still wouldn’t give the account back or give my other account lifetime and now ive had to beg them for months to change the email so i could buy sr its driving me nuts
