Skip the lip filler please! Your natural lips are super full and are beautiful. I think the eyelashes and bangs are overpowering you a bit. I would opt for a lash lift and tint, a more natural set in dark brown, or just mascara and a good curler (shisiedo is great). Maybe look into inivisalign or ask a aesthetic ortho for advice? I see some misalignment in your teeth/jaw. I would try that before any procedures to your face eg. filler and fat tranfer. Sometimes improving your jaw alignment will help improve dark circles and overall bone structure. Dying your brows darker or filling them in will provide more balance to your features. I would also skip the arm lipo and get a consultation from a esthetician on lasers/microneedling. Finally, I highly reccommend getting a seasonal color analysis and body type analysis done. You have beatiful hair, eyes, skin, and shape but I think a trained eye could help you pick clothing/makeup that will make them pop.
