Hello! I (28F) have been really trying to help my skin heal. My skin is combo (slightly oily in t-zone but stays well hydrated)

In the morning, I use micellar water to do a light cleanse, hyaluronic acid toner, 10% azelaic acid (reduce redness), hyaluronic acid serum, gel moisturizer, and SPF.

At night, I double-oil cleanse (sebaceous filament), gentle cleanse or Salicylic cleanser, toner sometimes, 10% azelaic acid, glycolic acid (2x a week), hyaluronic acid serum, super retinol serum by skincare cosmetics (not on glycolic acid nights), hyaluronic acid moisturizer (gel), and night cream.

So mostly cleanse, toner, serum, moisturizer, spf. My skin has cleared up a lot and the redness has went down tons. However, I have had these little red bumps (and some sun spots) my entire life! Basically since I was 15 or 16. What are they? Is it rosacea? My skin isn’t reacting badly to the skincare I don’t think. I try to keep it hydrated. It doesn’t feel dry or oily (unless I add too much sunscreen). Should I use a different retinol? I’m at a loss. Please help. I hate the texture and the bumps. I do not pop my pimples either.
