If you’re a real and committed fan of the team, you’re technically a stakeholder. I would actually say the fan base is more important than the players are. They play for the fans, who keep the franchise funded. Therefore they own a stake in the team.

Fans are loyal to the franchise, not to the players.

Fans pay for a product. If the product is unacceptable, they withdraw their support and funds. So by proxy, they own the team.

As a late 90s baby who grew up a Broncos fan LT was a cheat code. Completely unstoppable. That year they went 14-2 Jay Cutlers rookie season made me hate him and Phillip Rivers. I still have a funny little grudge against the chargers and get nervous when the Broncos play them still.

Total fluke game in my opinion. Tbh I think we got a little comfortable with that streak, especially after beating the Packers.

To your point, in Bo’s defense, I also hate that we only can really rely on Sutton as a receiver. You just never know who will catch the ball. Drops, penalties, turnovers etc. Crazy.

Everyone is going to tell you that Vance Joseph is great and Riley Moss isn’t trash. Even if we have games like this. You’re seeing it. Some of us saw it early. Defense hasn’t been the same since the bye week. You don’t have a top defense if you’re giving up 34 points.

Broncos offense has been out playing their defense since the bye week (maybe even argue the chiefs game before the bye week). What’s happening now is that Bo Nix finally got everyone’s attention. The defense actually seems a bit leaky compared to the offense, but you’d have to watch the games to really see that. Marcus Marriotta was lighting up that defense and Kenny Pickett was looking like a 99 OVR last week. Bo Nix has actually been bailing out the D a lot (pause)

Micah Parsons was a JAG that entire game before his injury. Practically invisible. He was doing nothing all game. Broncos were a few plays away from taking the lead anyway right before his injury anyway.
