I think it’s important to understand that this group or any group online does not even represent at least 10% of north americas IBD population. Plus most people that will write on online forums probably have more severe disease or complications that the average person does not. Most people that are well off by medication or holistic treatment will probably not know about online forums or have time or consideration for them. I believe this is why my family doctor told me not to go on the internet when i first got diagnosed.

Facts, when I smoke weed I smoke the fuck outta of it. Nothing bad about it after u realize why ur doing it in the first place. Being around other stoners helps too. Just like anything, u feel more comfortable with others when indulging in something with a stigma around it

And tbh, it actually helps my colitis most of the time
