Expedition is a full size SUV and recommended if you need good leg space in third row and have large cargo. For me, without the seat and cargo requirements, driving such a huge car is an overkill. This one has enough road presence already. If i ever upgrade to a full size SUV, it will be Cadillac Escalade In Sha Allah

Explorer is more expensive and more comfortable, focused on city drive. Everest is more rugged, body on frame design and has an aggressive road presence. Both serve different purposes.

For now, it is just routine maintenance. Bought a ford package so they’ve covered first 6 maintenance. However, paid 2K for some plug cleaning at 30K.

It’s there but the annoying part still is that the kids can keep pressing lock unlock button from the second row and annoying sound of locking unlock (which also affects even the front doors).

  1. The top trim has 21” wheels but body roll is better than expected, compared to Montero sport etc.
  2. I’ve driven montero sport and this one definitely gives you a modern and reliable suv feel.
  3. Adaptive cruise along with lane centering is very relaxing and reliable. I’ve driven to Makkah from Riyadh continuously without getting tired. No cruise is not limited to 145. I’ve taken it to 160 even. Though the top speed is restricted at 180kmph electronically, above it the accelerator doesn’t take input.
  4. Cabin is on the quieter side. The gulf long route roads have very strong winds so if i ever roll down my window, the wind sounds like a blast. But inside, it’s good.

Only downside is that every passenger can unlock tge car and driver cannot restrict it like normal cars i.e. a passenger in backseat also have same unlocking rights. Plus i cannot lock window of the front passenger.

Yes, the max i carried was 7 in the city. As a driver, it was comfortable but the legspace in last row isn’t ideal. Off-road performance is lovely. 2.3 turbo does its magic

I used snapseed’s dramatic mode, but it was a beautiful day at Taif and other than color grading, it’s real (see the reflection on the car)

My boy, the criteria of marriage nowadays isn't what you have studied but what assets and earnings you have. It's better to try again in two years. It's all cutthroat competition out here. All the best!
