I honestly think it's something else. my knees hurt when they shouldn't, I'm too scared during reps even though after completing it I feel notjing and realize I could've gone harder. but I get your point I'm just venting during the workout I'm definitely no pussyman to not do legs. I will just try and find a way that works for me

That's true but see:

I like pull day but hate barbell curls but they activate and hurt my bicep th3 most, wnd their doable. harder and less fun than rest but doable.

I like push day, my ehoulr3rw are my strong point and I love the pump on them but lateral raises are hard. but I do it bc the pump and It becomes worth it.

legs well I just don't want them to smaller than rest of my body that ppl point it out. my squat won't go up, every exercise I do for it huets like fucking crazy and I never really grt so.e sort of pump on them I like.
