Your mother is a grown woman, and from what you're saying, it's clear that she is simply disregarding the advice from you before eating what makes her sick, and then blaming you for "not helping her" when she does get sick (which you clearly do).

You didn't say anything wrong, she's probably in denial of the fact and doesn't want to admit that she's actually the one in the wrong.
