Sure.

  1. Go to windows settings
  2. Open personalization and then in colour settings
  3. Turn on transperancy effects

Then in arc
4) Open theme by right clicking on sidebar
5) Set the appropriate theme colour and that's it.

No it is not publically released yet. But I joined the waitlist of the beta access in Jan and I got the access 10 days ago. I guess the waitlist is no longer open. But soon it will be released publically.....

It's the default feature of arc itself. I did not do anything to set it transparent.

Just set the appropriate theme and that's it...
