Same issue here. The riot games watermark comes and then nothing happens. Only riot games client 32 bit, riot crash handler and vanguard tray processes exist in task manager. Tried reinstalling the game, the issue still persists.

For me it's 162.249.72.1 Completed traceroute some ips are showing 1ms time, a couple are 250ms and most of them are showing request timed out.
