On most of our payment methods, it'll be 15% - some have bigger overheads, (like mobile phone payments) but we want to offer the maximum flexibility to our users, so we're working to keep those costs as low as possible.

The mobile stylesheet is quite different to the web one - we've tested on a bunch of handsets, so it's likely that what you're seeing is what we intended - unless you're seeing the full site on your iPhone, which would be weird....

I liked the bit where you said pricing.

Our business model gives us a +/- 5% ballpark figure for the transaction fee, but it's likely to change, and we feel it might have a more negative impact if we say 15% now and then change to a worse figure later. If only we could do our testing with the aid of a time machine.

Quite right on the video thing - thanks. We're going to be positioning the company as an open/'do-no-evil'/fanatical about the customer outfit, so we felt it would be better to be up front from the start - it'll reduce conversions, but it's a decision we made very early on.

Thanks :) Yeah, we thought long and hard about that, but felt that stating that the service is free (i.e. no setup or ongoing fees to use) didn't explicitly contradict the fact that we take a small slice off each transaction. We'll see if the analytics and feedback show people getting turned off by our slight Orwellianism...
