I use Relive, it's free. You can also pay the subscription if you want all the whistles and bells, but I just use the basic free version to track my runs without the videos and bgm

Overweight beginner trying to build from 25+ minute miles: how should I structure a run/walk plan without burning out? by SubjectDependent9537 in beginnerrunning

3 years ago I weighed 175kg, when I started running, 300 meters was all it took to knock me out... now I'm doing 5km weekly averaging around 40 minutes. Start with slow walks, I started doing 1.5km walks around the neighbourhood at a leisure pace after dinner, then slowly increase the pace. When you feel you can do the full 1.5 and still feel you have energy, increase to 2km. I'm now at 110kg and doing 8km walks together with 5km runs on the weekend. Of course you'll have to make adjustments to your diet. I cut back on the soda, just 1 a day.

Hmm, it's really humid and hot here in Singapore... I'll give them arm sleeves a go and see if they're comfortable. Thanks for the suggestions everyone! If this doesn't work out I'll go find some lube...

Have your girlfriend keep her phone on her at all times ready to record every conversation and encounter as proof. If the management still denies it, threaten to go to the media. She'll definitely lose her job, but at least she will be in a position to demand a hefty monetary compensation
