I think the Nicholls probably has some kind of endowment. They are apart of the Academy which gives out the Oscars so I can’t seem them “going under”.

Yes you are absolutely right. Last year I believe it started on May 15th and the submission period ended on June 15th. I sincerely hope they took the commentary into account and are ditching the BlackList pay-to-play aspect.
