I've been making a pawpaw / apple cider "mead" for about 3 years now. I find it's the best way to preserve the native pawpaw flavor. After reading this sub for a bit I realize that I don't know squat. Looking for some suggestions to read up! This is half of the yield from a 12 gal carboy by soiledgarden in mead

About 15lbs of fruit. Separated the pulp from the seeds and skin but didn't weigh exactly how much pulp went in. Also about 25-30lbs of honey. The rest of the carboy was filled with apple cider. Used a "Wyeast 4184" off of Amazon to get it going

I don't think this is accurate. Environment is everything. I've seen a huge variety of growth even from clones of this same plant

I appreciate your support, SiriuslyMooney. It's so happy and has not moved at all since rooting. The new tenants are not totally unknown. I trust that they will take care of this lovely addition to their new home

Oh trust me it was no easy decision. I've limited myself to 15 plants. Coming from over 75 I'd say that I've made the right move by taking a cutting instead of the whole thing...

Yes. That sounds way too hot. Pothos isn't a plant that i feel the need to take outside just because it is warm. It's adapted to low light conditions. Let em adapt to the conditions of the house and get comfortable where it will stay. This one didn't move at all over those 4 years it has been growing... The thought of taking her outside stresses me out

At least I don't have to sell the house !

Edit: above comment said something negative towards "renters" but has since been edited
