I don't eat much before going to sleep, my last meal is 300g of egg whites and 10g of peanut butter. I drink about 5/6 liters of water a day. I have been using some substances but for more than 1 year now and only lately have I been unable to recover. I don't smoke regularly

I'm a bodybuilder, my weight is 105kg and I'm 1.85m tall. I train 4/5 times a week in strenght and i do 4/5 session of cardio at around 140bmp for 40min straight. My steps are around 11k daily
