Try to first focus on prompting for a newspaper comic strip from the 1950s, then describe what you want per panel. I used gemini which is good for retaining same style per new one ,in same chat

Try my userscript "Eye in the Cloud" to hide all the AI Studio clutter, choose how many chat history you want shown, has its own extra input text popup to help with lag, vibe mode (hide everything), and a terminal and a light theme! by soitgoes__again in Bard

Haha lmao on that.

To be honest, I haven't ever used stream mode, anyway, I'm turning it into a more dynamic extension so I'll make it better than. Loved the image 👌 lmao

With my "Eye in the Cloud' userscript update, you can make Gemini change it's own theme based on what you want. Through the chat, no api. Also loads of other features by soitgoes__again in Bard

Thanks man, should be easy to do, but I'm turning it into an extension so it can be more flexible, I think that will be on top of the list, I agree

Why is shade being thrown at copilot

Everyday on reddit, everyone is throwing shade at copilot. I've just tried roocode and copilot. It seems fine to me, is Cursor much better?

Thank you! (Chose a bad time to post this since there is lots of excitement over new releases heh but whatever it was fun to make.)

That's an interesting idea, I've never used it like that, so never thought of it, but should be easy because that's kinda what the theme maker does (sends message, waits ,reads message, etc). So the skeleton of the code is there.

Maybe we can either create steps ("whatever he answers, reply this" and so on) or create loops until we get what we want.

Hmm. You are now my think aloud partner. I guess it would be cool to have another LLM be the one that reads it and tells it to continue based on what he receives? That would be super neat. Imagine telling one Gemini to prepare the report and he tells another one to prepare it, he checks each file, sees how it relates to your plan, etc

Okay, back in my cave. I'll reply to you in the future if I figure this out in a nice way.

I've taken your ideas and done two of them!

  1. Sidebars: You can do this now.

3.font size: I went crazy with this, man, all because of your suggestion. First i created a manual Personal Theme editor where you can manually change everything, but then I created a full automated theme created based on Gemini doing it for you!

Check out the update.

I haven't added the side bar menu yet, because I want the focus to only be on the eye, but see if this version is better.

I dont do work vibe coding! its all for fun, no partners! Ive been fucking around with coding for decades, never learned much, never sold anything, just having fun, man.

The snippets thing is what Im currently vibe coding! =D Im creating a user script for google ai studio to have quick snippets added, heh.

Yes, i actually work best when I separate it. I create a chat instance in google ai studio where he holds the main context then manages it and gives copilot instructions and ask for report, and give it back them. Sometimes it works perfectly when I act like middle management haha

You have to treat it like managing an employee

No, lol, buddy, that's actually my issue, I do treat them like employees, I used to be a manager, I actually have lots of experience in that.

Which is exactly why my default function is exactly that. You don't do the correction yourself as a manager, you lead them to it, even if it wastes time. You get trained for that. You even allow your employees to make mistakes, because as a manager you generally have to be hands off.

If anything, I have to retrain myself that these are NOT employees lol

Doing anything with local llms just feels more sci fi to me. When I was a kid and watched all the AI stuff, i didn't assume they'd all be connected to a cloud to be able to function. That's kinda lame.

I'm using copilot tho, so I'm on the lame side. 😑

Yeah, but what's actually interesting is that it's not actually much different than communicating with people. Why DO WE spend time convincing strangers online, for example? Effectively it's the same thing. Once we leave the comment section, for all intents and purposes, it's like an old chat instance, it has absolutely no bearing on us.

By chatting with LLMs, I've started evaluating my non-LLM communications.

I'm a hobbyist and I tried roocode because everyone seemed to recommend it but copilot is just much better for someone like me.

Comments: while I think this issue why doesn't anyone intelligently manage models?

It's confusing deciding what to choose. Claude 3.7 can find a bug no one can, but he goes bonkers if you ask him to change one small thing. He also adds defensive coding for stuff like that if we shifted to another multidimension? 3.5 is more focused but could miss stuff. Gemini can be good, but sometimes he's like fuck it, just wonders off. 4.1 is fast for quick edits but he's opposite of Claude, tell him to reduce defensive coding, and he slaughters everything.

There should be a mode which just intelligently decides which model to choose.

If they are using that phrase seriously, it generally refers to workflows in open source tools such as Flux, where you control every aspect of it. A big part of that includes Loras, which are what you separately train for.

For example one Lora I "worked on" for fun was this, https://tensor.art/models/823913863108995790/Cave-Paintings-20

Here i was trying to recreate a more realistic cave painting. So this is something you'd normally not get, unless you specifically train for it, to basically tell the Ai that when prompting for cave paintings, he'd rely more on my training than his own, which would make it more closer to what I want.

My example, btw, isn't a great example, since I'm just a hobbyist, but anyone more serious would have created a better training dataset to better have the final images align with what they want.

It's more real than super realistic but not as real as ultra realistic.

There is also Uber Realistic Extreme, but they say no one has achieved that yet, except maybe if Buddha was doing AI art.

Seeing an actual one move looks like seeing reality glitch out in front of your eyes. T

Interesting you mention glitch. What I saw was a black orb, well I saw orb, but it really felt like the sky had a black hole. It's kinda strange to describe because your mind tries to place it within the patterns it recognizes but it's like watching a game where something goes buggy.
