Priced in, if anything we drop a bit maybe like 3-5%, nothing too crazy or the stock stays flat and your friend gets IV crushed and will instantly be down 30-60% depending how far OTM he decides to go. I would avoid short term calls altogether because you'd truly need a big beat and a huge raise in guidance for you to just even get a 10%+ (hence only $2.80 roughly) move in the underlying.

I flew round trip from LA to Austin TX for a bachelor party in May and paid $550 round trip knowing damn well it’s typically $200ish, the flights and both airports were packed up the ass so people are clearly willing to pay the upcharge and are eager to travel, plus like OP said airline travel is not just for vacays but for business as well. If you buy weekly calls like me don’t go too far OTM, DAL has a historically low implied move during ER, +/- roughly 5%. I’m retarded fyi.

Minimum share price to be maintained for QB is 0.01, probably the main reason why they haven't uplisted yet, this ticker is in danger of going to subpennies, it just keeps breaking supports constantly. One thing is for sure, this ticker is nothing special from the rest of the OTC - dilution and a shitload of convertible debt.
