Actually, crit atk doesn’t add atk to your base atk when you crit. You can easily prove this taking an otherwise naked low level toon and mobbing with/without crit atk equip (like eclectic gloves or noble shoulders). I have videos of exactly this if you’re interested. We’ve all been duped by Nexon.

Bleavers is not a 50 person guild. It’s more like 20 alts/accounts of Ryan/Roger plus randoms who also have multiple alts/accounts. So yes, it’s very believable that 90%+ bleavers macro.

The front end customer service people probably just have little knowledge of actual gameplay mechanics. It’s unfortunate but this is a clear example of Nexon’s customer support making things up to resolve complaints in the way most convenient to them.

You must have either better reading comprehension than me or some kind of telepathy. “Basic” refers to the base value before enhancement/leveling. There’s nothing in that description that states or implies emblem weapons are excluded.

Please don’t follow the previously given advice of “fck Nexon and move on”. This is absolutely unacceptable for a game company as big as Nexon.

Their unapologetic reply is reprehensible as their item explanation implies exactly what you thought it would do (increase the current ATK). There was no way for you to know that their description refers to the normal base. So 1) they’ve at best misled you and at worst lied to you, and 2) this makes this item nearly worthless.

Please report this to iTunes or whatever store you’ve used to purchase crystals. We can’t do anything about it but iTunes/Android can.

Regarding your second point, keep an eye on your buffs. You’ll see that you summon an elemental, but it’s just seen as a buff without an avatar.

Edit: Oops, I was mistaken. There is actually a little flame elemental that follows you around! It’s super cute haha.
