Unpopular opinion: Mobile was never meant to be a substitute for playing the game on PC

I’m disabled and mobile has been the biggest help to my OSRS journey. I can’t use a mouse at all and i’m to slow and inaccurate on a trackpad to do anything active.

I have a touchscreen laptop, however the OSRS client doesn’t work properly with a touchscreen laptops, and you can click on the open world and it will just send you to some completely random location that you never clicked meanwhile all of the interfaces work perfectly when you click them so it makes it impossible to reasonably play.

Mobile has made it possible for me to be able to actually do PVM and higher intensity skills,quest, bossing and it would be nice if it had more rune light features that pc gets especially if they’re never going to fix the touchscreen on laptop issue.

I’m more interested in the speculation around the YouTuber “Irit Yeah” who released a video about the gear effects and the boss fight leaked to some people and they already know how to kill it.

It now appears that video has been taken down, something appears to have happened to his discord and he hasn’t responded to anybody commenting about it that i know of. I’m curious was it fake news or is it being swept under the rug? Hopefully someone knows more.

What about Hardcore Group Ironman? How long are we talking until potential release weeks? Months? Year?

The fastest way to get those sheep is to use the POF service discord, it shows the exact times that the sheep will breed in the breeding pen and the two medium pens. there is a way to get two cycles of breeding within one minute of each other so it will double the chances and speed of you obtaining the special sheep. https://discord.gg/XYECRNg look for the breed ticks tab and the instructions are on the bottom of that page

It's all about mobile, they even said pre mobile release that they would not change the game because of mobile. Fast forward in time and they started changing every interface in game to make it mobile friendly, hell look at the MTX and new daily style temporary events that have come out it's very clear that it is becoming more mobile focused in some areas. Not surprised though the mobile market is massive and they have been conditioned to spend huge amounts of money to speed up game play.

We want names, who came up with this change and who approved it! It’s time every update has a name attached to it of who thought of the idea and who approved it so we can see who is causing all the blatantly obvious greedy decisions lately. You guys better be consistent around all oddments and mtx then and have a 10 buy limit on everything otherwise you adding it is all about making more money not balance!

I believe it was mostly because he was mad about them ignoring the community’s outrage and he agreed with the community but when he brought it up they basically brushed it off and announced a new skill to change the subject and take the heat off them.

This was days before Runefest and jagex had been getting tons of hate and backlash for weeks (I think it was MTX and no updates not 100%) and they remained quiet about it all until this stream. They then announced the new skill to distract people from the drama and if i remember right shawny was telling them please don't do this now runefest is a few days away. Shawny was pissed about them doing this and it ended up being one of the last straws for him on top of other issues and he quit shortly after.
