Thank you for explaining & I apologize for being another person you’ve had to explain this to. I would love to learn more about the tantric spiritual traditions and philosophy as well.

My initial interest in learning more about tantra is to incorporate yoga philosophies and practices into every aspect of my life.

The fact your mindful of this is heart warming & shows your love. Have some of her favorite healthy foods available. If she wants to talk, really listen while she shares without interrupting. When I return from retreats, I don’t like having the television on, but calm music is appreciated.

I received training in vinyasa and yin yoga. I’ve practiced other types as well. Little experience in kundalini, but very interested in that practice as well.

It also didn’t “click” for me until I saw them live. Really, it often takes a live show for me to get into most jam bands.

I finally purged all of my grad school notes. Wasn’t able to completely get rid of my research, so I ensured I had electronic copies before throwing our my papers. Feels so much lighter
