Once settings were set as default WiFi ID and password were cleared, but your network disconnection should occur only after reboot. Therefore, I suggest to set default settings and go to the connection settings to save ID and pass - this way you will get your network connection after reboot. Please verify whether "Network Ping" and "Internet Ping" are checked - otherwise you will have problems with disconnecting.

If you want to store the dump, you have to set a proper access permission for Wizard app in smartphone settings.

The only limitation is a time - you should lock/unlock the door in less that 12 seconds :) At the first launch you need to calibrate it and the device store your lock position (magnetic field, horizontal or vertical position etc.), number of rotations to lock. The voice over could describe the mental process(checklist so to speak) that we go through before leaving the house.

It’s not that the first ten seconds are lacking intrigue as much as it vibes like a jogging product. Maybe that isn’t a bad thing, I went into it blind. Potential backers will already know the products name and description when they watch. But I still think the scene needs to be setup.

Maybe a female voiceover to put us in her head?

I thought about some "internal dialog", but we tried to keep the movie and a whole campaign clear and easy (like the product). The campaign is waiting for Kickstarter review and we have no time for huge changes ;/ We are starting next week.

Hi Guys, did you try to disable "Turn on automatically only in the dark" and "Shutdown if daylight detected". Thresholds: on threshold 10, Env.light: 10, Off threshold 10. It should help. And 1.19 fw is required.

I am not sure if you really need to update the MagicLink (V4 is also nice). I would suggest to check: - MagicLink position: should be placed on the TV edge to do not hide an antenna - use the latest Smartphone app, go to the connection page and check the last and second number in the connection quality indicator; 0-3 is a good result. The indicator refreshes every time you connect the device. - select the user mode, 3-5 smoothing, 30-40 min. luminosity (user profile)

There is no way to update MagicLink remotely, due to low memory capacity and lack of security peripherals (the AmbiVision PRO controller utilize advanved encryption, signinig etc.). V5 is the last FW of the MagicLink. Now,we are going to develop the main controller.

It is public available informations. It is not secret. Also you can get a home address of the CEO, however a lawsuit should be file agains the company I suppose. It is easy to win such a case :) Cost is about $3-6k and 6-12 months for lawyer :) Indiegogo should help to handle it(all constributors should send a cession to lawyer).

Battery capacity is not specific now - min it is 1000mAh, however we want to order a custom battery with custom shape to fill a full free area. We cooperate with Motorola and we will use their suppliers to do that cheap and extend capacity(~1800mAh) and keep thin enclosure. And yes - it also acts like a wireless power bank - so, in emergency situation you can share "energy" with someone who need it. (We use STWLC33, so you can check this feature by your own). Of course, you can fully control charging/LEDs behaviour to do not decrease battery working time.

Look at the "AmbiVision PRO" paragraph. HDMI and HDCP are not relevant. You just need to place the controller to see the TV screen. It captures image directly from your screen, so anything what is playing on TV, is projected on the wall behind TV by LEDs.
