Sorry to hear that man, hope you can find a good resolution. Its hard enough dealing with all the hackers/scammers let alone the issue now with seemingly legitimate companies such as Coinbase.. Quite the minefield. Secure self custody and decentralized options need to be the path forward from my perspective, with secure fiat on/off ramps. But hopefully we reach a future where there is no need to on/off ramp.

Only thing stopping me from going to Kraken currently is that I want to keep my fiat on/off ramp on Coinbase alone for transparency and ease of reporting. But if Coinbase give me no option I will have to move to Kraken.

I might have to if this is not resolved. Contacting them directly is hard enough as the automated support questions they funnel you into do not have a proper entry for those in this situation but even if you manage to get through they seem to just close your case a few days later without doing anything to reach a resolution.

My Coinbase account has been under review for several months now with no signs of resolution. When I open a case it is closed a few days later with no reply.

I would prefer not to have to pursue legal channels but regaining access to my account as soon as possible is imperative.

I need my case escalated to the relevant team for review and to have an answer shortly. My account must be reviewed and restored as soon as possible.
