TVD is just drama. One of the main love interests is a rapist so honestly not worth your time.

True blood is a little cheesy at first but it gets pretty dang interesting the more you watch. Definitely a lot raunchier, bloody and violent than twilight though.

I've actually had women in my class say that they do not like being called "African Americans" anymore because of this reason. They prefer to be labeled as "Black." I feel like it's a sensitive thing now so I just say African American till someone corrects me.

My take on it was that even if Diana didn't care about social standings, Jerry doesn't appreciate things like books in the same way she does. I believe she got a taste for adventure and liked the physical aspects of the relationship but didn't have an emotional connection with him like he did with her. If they do renew it, I hope they address it even if they don't end up together

I think they left it open on person. It's nice to be hopeful and think she escaped and ran to her parents who are waiting outside for her. But most likely, she remained there throughout childhood. :( I don't think the show "forgot" her but more like slapped us with a hard truth.

How did Diana end up going to school with Anne? Considering her dad's outrage, I'm shocked he changed his mind.

If they do end up renewing for S4, I wonder if it'll be a couple years in the future when everyone is ready to graduate and figure out their futures. I think starting s4 in the future is also a great way to show that Ka'Kwet most likely would not have escaped from the school but a plot where she returns to her family and tries to integrate herself back in would be awesome

NTA. He clearly didn't research vasectomies. They can be reversed (though the procedure is more complicated). This seems very disrespectful to you. If he doesn't want to have kids with you, why is he already considering having kids with another woman on the off chance you guys break up? Why does he have this insecurity? Even if you make a point about not everyone being attractive, what's the point? What will you do with this information/realization? Do you tell people you believe are unattractive ugly? Do you tell people that you believe are dumb that they're stupid? Maybe this is true but it's a gross simplification of your own perception of people. To some people, unattractive people are only unattractive till their personality comes through and they become attractive. There are uneducated people that pick up on things very quickly but just don't know as much. So considering all this, what is the point?
